But when Alex took over, he faced some real challenges. The farm had plenty of potential, but its marketing was fragmented and inconsistent. Google listings, social media accounts, and contact details were all over the place. Even the brand identity lacked cohesion. On top of that, the website wasn’t doing justice to the beauty of Newbarn Farm or effectively communicating its offerings to potential visitors.
